Donation Requests

Thank you for thinking of Camp Gallivant! I’m honored to support organizations that make a positive difference in their communities whenever I’m able.

Camp Gallivant welcomes requests from a wide variety of organizations. When possible, priority is given to nonprofit organizations whose missions align with Camp Gallivant’s values, including humane education, outdoor adventure, mental health, conservation, literacy, and youth development.

Donations may include signed books, Camp Gallivant merchandise, promotional materials, and other supporting items.

To ensure every request receives thoughtful consideration, please review the following guidelines before submitting a donation request.

• Requests are accepted from 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations only.
• When submitting your request, please include your organization’s name, proof of 501(c)(3) status, event date, event location, and a brief description of how the donated items will be used.
• Donation requests are reviewed once each month on the 15th.
• Applicants will be notified of an approval by the 25th of that month.
• Once your request is approved, we’ll work with you to arrange a convenient pickup date and time.

Please plan ahead for your event. Requests received after the monthly review date will be considered during the following month’s review cycle. While every request is carefully considered, submitting a request does not guarantee a donation.

If you’re planning a fundraiser or community event, consider inviting Camp Gallivant to join the fun!

Depending on availability, I may be able to bring the Camp Gallivant Booth, complete with signed books, merchandise, and interactive activities, or host one of Camp Gallivant’s signature adventures for your guests.

Camp Gallivant offers a variety of custom adventures and interactive experiences for all ages for fundraisers, schools, libraries, parks, equestrian organizations, and community events.

Seek & Stamp

Camp Gallivant’s signature scavenger hunt experience featuring clues, hidden letterboxes, collectible stamps, and a commemorative passport.

Ride & Seek

Camp Gallivant’s signature mounted adventure combining horsemanship, navigation, observation, and discovery at participating equestrian venues.

Additional experiences may include custom scavenger hunts, treasure hunts, geocaching adventures, clue based challenges, outdoor discovery games, competitive mounted trail activities, and other interactive programs designed specifically for your event.
